To have a good time while loving, restoring, and preserving Classic Chevrolet and all other GM vehicles through 1987.
We give back to our community by hosting two fund raising events each year - our own Chevy Showdown in April and the Toys For Tucson's Kids toy drive in December. A large portion of the proceeds goes directly to four local Tucson charities in the form of monetary and new toy donations. They are Southern Arizona Children's Advocacy Center, Therapy Riding Of Tucson (TROT), Aviva Children's Services, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona.
The Classic Chevy Club of Tucson is a non-profit Arizona corporation. We are a 501(c)(7) social club dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and display of Chevrolet and GM automobiles through 1987. The club consists of more than 50 families with over 100 vehicles. We participate in car shows, cruises, rallies, and social events throughout the year and have lots of fun.
Each month we have a club event which is either a car show, a cruise to a local diner, breakfast at a local restaurant, picnic which is fun for members and their families or something else fun and engaging.. Check the calendar for upcoming events. Join us for horseshoes, games, BBQ and classic Chevys!
The membership dues are $25 per calendar year per family. New members joining after July 1st only pay $15. Download and complete the membership form and mail it in or bring it to our next meeting.
Our monthly meetings take place every third Tuesday at O'Rielly Chevrolet on Broadway and Wilmot at 6:30pm, upstairs above the used car showroom. We meet to discuss upcoming and past shows, club progress, and to plan events. Afterward, if you're up for it, we congregate at Little Anthony's Diner for food, ice cream and conversation.
