NO PURCHASE OR FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. RAFFLE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISH IN THESE OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES OR BY RAFFLE ORGANIZER.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility: No purchase or fee necessary to enter or win. The Classic Chevy Club of Tucson’s Raffle is open only to all individuals attending the 2026 Chevy Showdown Car Show. Our 38th Annual Car Show is free to attend.  Raffle void where prohibited or restricted by law. Raffle subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and other restrictions established in these Official Rules or by the Raffle Organizer.

Raffle Drawings: Raffle will take place at the Classic Chevy Club of Tucson’s 38th Annual Chevy Showdown to be held at the Desert Diamond Casino, 1100 W. Pima Mine Rd. Sahuarita AZ 85629, on Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Car show starts at 9:00 and drawings will be held approximately at 11 AM & 1pm.  Ticket holders must be present. 

How to receive free raffle ticket entry: To receive one free raffle ticket, send a written request for a raffle ticket to Classic Chevy Club of Tucson, P. O. Box 32521, Tucson, AZ 85751. Entry request must be received by the Organizer no later than March 25th, 2026. Entry requests not received by Organizer by entry deadline shall be ineligible. Request gets one free raffle ticket into our Raffle drawing. Limit one free raffle ticket per person. Tickets will be held at Will Call (Raffle Tent).

Prizes: All the various prizes will be offered the day of the car show.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of raffle tickets received and or sold.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at the random drawings on April 4th, 2026 at the 38th Annual Chevy Showdown Car Show. Winners must be present at drawing to win. If a selected winner fails to claim prize within 30 minutes after last drawing, the winner will forfeit his/her prize and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All potential winners are subject to verification by Organizer before prizes are awarded.

General Terms & Conditions: By entering Raffle, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Raffle Rules and the decisions of Raffle Organizer, which shall be final and binding: and (ii) to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Raffle Organizer, its respective directors, officers, employees and other representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities of any kind (including attorneys’ fees and cost) arising from or relating to the administration or operation of the Raffle or any errors in materials related thereto; entrant’s participation in the use or distribution of entrant’s entry submission; use and exploitation of entrant’s name, likeness and city and state of residence information; entrant’s acceptance or use of a prize or any claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and/or other personal or proprietary right. Raffle Organizer reserves the right, in the sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Raffle at any time, and in the event of suspension or termination, to award prizes based on eligible submissions received to any such action. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for: late, loss, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due submissions or other correspondence.

Change to Official Rules: Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time and for any reason without notice.
